Yemeni Government plans to deal with cyclone Kyarr

Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik followed up on Wednesday on the operational preparatory plans for cyclone Kyarr, which is expected to hit the Yemeni coasts on the Arabian Sea, namely the governorates of Aden, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout and Mahra early next week. He did the follow-up in phone conversations with the governors of Aden, Lahj, Shabwa, and Hadramout and with the Secretary General of the Local Council of Mahra. Transports Minister inspects rehabilitation of Ataq Airport

SHABWA-SABA Minister of Transports Saleh al-Jabwani inspected on Sunday the progress of rehabilitation of Ataq Airport in eastern Yemen. His ministry is keen on "operating the airport as soon as possible." Shabwa governor office have undertaken rehabilitating, equipping, and fencing the airport.
