Condolence Statement

The Embassy of the Republic of Yemen in the United Kingdom extended its heartfelt condolences on the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis. His Excellency Dr. Yaseen Saeed Noman, Ambassador of Yemen, expressed his deepest sympathies and sincere condolences, praising the profound spiritual and humanitarian role that His Holiness played in promoting the values of peace and tolerance, as well as supporting interfaith and intercultural dialogue.

The Embassy affirms that the passing of a religious and humanitarian figure of such stature as His Holiness the Pope represents a great loss to the international community, which has long benefited from his unwavering calls for love and peaceful coexistence.
